Short Story Competition 2017, Thailand

Thailand's Short Story Competition for University Students and B.A. Holders


The Department of English, Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University is organizing its annual English language short story contest for the Associate Professor Dr. M.L. Ananchanok Ladavalya Panichaputt Award 2017. The short story should promote moral and spiritual values and demonstrate a resistance to materialistic trends in modern society. The submitted work should display originality and must be written in English. The best short story will win a 10,000 Baht (Ten Thousand Baht) prize. Writers must be Thai nationals who are students in a university or holders of bachelor’s degree or the equivalent. Each contestant is requested to submit only one work.
