A Special Weekend Market

Every Saturday morning, Malee wakes up early at 6:00 AM. She does not usually like waking up early on weekends, but Saturday is different. She helps her aunt at a small weekend market near Chatuchak Park in Bangkok.

They sell beautiful handmade clothes, colorful cloth bags, and wooden toys. Malee’s aunt makes the clothes herself at home, but the wooden toys come from a small village in northern Thailand. Many tourists visit their shop because the prices are not expensive, and the bags are very strong.
