💡 แนะนำ: วิเคราะห์หาคำสำคัญในตัวชี้วัด/ผลการเรียนรู้ของแผนนี้ ว่าต้องการให้นักเรียนรู้อะไร ทำอะไรได้ แล้วสังเคราะห์มาเป็นแก่นความรู้ (Introduction: Analyze the key keywords in the indicators/learning outcomes of this plan to determine what students need to know and be able to do, then synthesize this information into core knowledge.)

3. จุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้

💡 แนะนำ: ต้องเชื่อมโยงมาจากตัวชี้วัด ระบุพฤติกรรมให้ชัดเจน (เช่น อธิบายได้, เขียนได้, ตระหนักถึง) สามารถวัดผลได้จริง

4. สาระการเรียนรู้

💡 แนะนำ: ระบุสาระแกนกลางจากส่วนกลาง และสาระท้องถิ่นจากหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา (ถ้ามี)

5. สมรรถนะสำคัญของผู้เรียน

💡 แนะนำ: เลือกสมรรถนะที่สอดคล้องกับแผนนี้ (1 แผนไม่จำเป็นต้องครบทุกข้อ แต่ใน 1 รายวิชาต้องประเมินครบทั้ง 5 ข้อ)

6. คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ (Desirable characteristics)

💡 แนะนำ: เลือกคุณลักษณะที่สอดคล้องกับกิจกรรมที่ออกแบบไว้ (1 แผนไม่จำเป็นต้องครบทุกข้อ แต่ใน 1 รายวิชาต้องประเมินครบทั้ง 8 ข้อ) (Suggestion: Select the characteristics that align with the designed activities (one plan doesn't need to include all eight, but all eight characteristics must be evaluated within one subject).)

8. การวัดและประเมินผล (Measurement and Evaluation)

💡 แนะนำ: ระบุการประเมินผลให้สอดคล้องกับจุดประสงค์ เช่น การตรวจชิ้นงาน การสังเกตพฤติกรรมระหว่างเรียน เกณฑ์รูบริกส์ (Formative Assessment) (Suggestion: Specify assessment methods that align with the objectives, such as reviewing assignments, observing behavior during learning, or using formative assessment rubrics.)

💡 แนะนำ: กรอกข้อมูลหลังการสอนเสร็จสิ้น ประกอบด้วย ผลการจัดกิจกรรม, ปัญหาที่พบ, ข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางแก้ไข (Instructions: Please fill out the post-teaching information form, including the results of the activity, problems encountered, suggestions, and solutions.)

11. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร / ผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (Comments from School Director or Assigned Administrator)
