Thank you for presenting at the Extensive Reading Around the World conference next month. I hope your preparations are going well. This email has reminders and other important information for you to consider.
Video and Zoom
If you have not already, please fill in this form to 1) let us know if you give permission to record your session, 2) inform us of your level of experience on zoom and whether you can help hosting zoom sessions, and 3) upload any video files you have.

We would like to invite all presenters to make a promotional video for your session. This could just be a short introduction, which may help us publicise the conference and your presentation. If you have a video for your session, either a promotional video or a pre-recorded video of your presentation, please upload this via the same form: https://forms.gle/DTYdqoU7ik4bcAESA
We prefer you to send the vidoe or a link to a cloud version, for example on Google Drive.

Pre-recorded Presentations
We are planning to make the pre-recorded video presentations available before the conference.
During the conference, Q and A sessions have been scheduled for these presentations. During Q and A sessions, video presenters will have a couple of minutes to introduce themselves to the conference attendees, then they can join a breakout room to answer specific questions, give more information, or chat with other attendees.
If your session is labelled “Recorded Presenter Q and A”, we are expecting you to send a video.
Video deadlines:
19th July for pre-recorded video presentations.
4th August for optional promotional videos.

We will be holding information sessions from later in July where you will be able to ask questions and test the technology. You will need to log in to the conference website, and links to these sessions will appear in the schedule.
