The Story

Once upon a time, there were three little pigs who lived with their mother. It was time for them to build their own houses...

The first pig, who was lazy, built his house out of straw. He finished quickly and went to play. Soon, a big, bad wolf came along. "Little pig, little pig, let me come in!" he growled. The wolf huffed and he puffed and he blew the straw house down. The little pig ran to his brother's house.

The second pig, who was a little less lazy, built his house out of sticks. The wolf arrived again, and he blew the stick house down. The two frightened pigs ran to their smartest brother's house.

The third pig, who was very clever, worked hard and built his house out of strong bricks. The wolf huffed and puffed, but he could not blow the brick house down. The wolf tried to trick the pigs by climbing down the chimney. But the clever pig had a pot of boiling water waiting. The wolf fell in and ran away forever. The three pigs lived happily and safely in the brick house.
